Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Process Maintenance Planning Supervisor at our Turquoise Ridge operation.

Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all planning activities.
Oversee management routines and reporting in support of effective work management.
Manage the performance of the planning staff and support the development of skill and efficiency across the team.
Develop targets for the planning team.
Ensure that all maintenance activities operate within safety, security, and environmental policies and regulations to protect the employees and assets of the Company.
Proactively support innovation and change through application of continuous improvement.
Provide technical support to operations & maintenance personnel to assist with problem solving, and to assist in the implementation of plant improvements.
Find opportunities for new technologies.
Assist with the preparation of budgets for scheduled shutdowns, projects, and departmental budgets.
Interpret contract documents, contractor bid proposals, and Company policies and regulations.
Maintain the integrity of the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) by providing guidance for system administration functions.
Develop cost, schedule, performance criteria, and estimated labor requirements for job cost analysis.
Assist with the preparation and implementation of contractor cost tracking for shutdown and project related tasks.
Develop and maintain documentation of all activities to facilitate efficient and comprehensive planning and scope development of future work.
Optimize maintenance planning system to ensure efficient use of manpower.
Develop and maintain a quality review process for data entered into the CMMS.
Qualifications:
